Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
State Affairs Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO.                  
64 "An Act relating to the dissolution of the Alaska Railroad                  
Corporation and providing for a successor corporation; and providing           
for an effective date."  Without objection, SENATE BILL NO. 64                 
was referred to the Finance Committee.
